Instruction for Oral Presentation
The concurrent six sessions for oral presentations will be held in the conference rooms A, B, C, D, E and F at Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 20 minutes including Q&A. Overhead projector and beam projector will be provided, and it is highly recommended for the beam projector users to bring their own laptop computer although each meeting room will be equipped with its own computer system. Presenting authors who intend to use beam projector without using their own laptop computer are required to submit their presentation files (on CD or USB memory stick) to the information desk at least 12 hours prior to their presentation. So, the files can be loaded in the proper computers and can be previewed. Please check your presentation schedule and location again at information desk after your arrival. If any special audio-visual equipment is required for the presentation, please contact the secretariat in advance.

The sessions for poster presentations will be held on Tuesday from 14:00- 18:00 in Grand Ballroom of the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center.
The poster board surfaces measure 90 cm high x 80 cm wide and each poster board will have its own designated poster number same as abstract number in meeting proceedings. There is no specific template for the poster presentation; however each poster must indicate the title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s) and their affiliation(s). Poster material should be prepared in advance. Authors are required to mount their own posters on the assigned poster boards in the conference room before 14:00 P.M. The owners of the posters are required to present near their poster during the whole poster section. The supply for mounting posters (thumbtacks) will be provided in the poster presentation area.
